What I really miss with this great software is schedule download and upload limitation. For example when I work on my network from 9am to 5pm I like to use internet. Before 9 am and after 5 pm syncthing can use almost all bandwidth. So it will be good if I can limit bandwidth from 9 am to 5 pm to 100 Kbps upload and 100 Kbps download. Before 9 am and after 5 pm and in saturday and sunday I like to limit download to 2000 kbps and upload 1000 kpbs. that feature will be great in syncthing

Please check https://docs.syncthing.net/dev/rest.html on how to pause/resume devices or change csettings onfig via script.
Maybe your router or network also has QoS capabilities where you can give priority to certain software (e.g. if nothing else is using internet, use it for Syncthing)
