is there a way to set up a specific relay to be used by a device? only found dynamic+https://relays.syncthing.net/endpoint in the config.
whats the right syntax for using a specific relay? (https://relay.xyz.com:22067/?id=GHDT or relay://…)

I think this will be part of the current refactoring of connection.
With that, you will be able to set a device address with a relay, if I’m not mistaken.

It’s actually somewhat [documented](file:///Users/jb/src/github.com/syncthing/docs/_build/html/users/config.html#options-element): the syntax is relay://host:port/?id=... and so on.
