Running syncthing without relay?

How to disable / enable relay? [SOLVED]

We have a cluster of v.0.12.x devices discovering each other through a combination of local discovery and our own discosrv. We would like to disable relay on each device. I found the "relaysEnabled" setting in the config file. Edit this to “false” and restart does the trick? Is there a Web GUI settings switch somewhere I overlooked? Thanks.
