It would be great to have the installer automatically run certutil on Ubuntu to install the SSL Certificates for Syncthing when the package creates the self signed SSL certificate. This will prevent users having to manually bypass the SSL warning that Chrome throws up whenever you open a browser to use this fantastic tool.
