Receive-only subdirectory, is it possible?

Hello

I have Sycnthing set up on a send/receive folder that contains a large collection of files in subdirectories, but I want one particular subdirectory to be receiving only… Is that possible?

I thought I might be able to single out that folder in the .stignore but it seems that ignores both incoming and outgoing file changes, and I still want the contents to be overwritten with changes from the other side.

No. Best option is to ignore that directory in the parent folder, and create a new child folder with that directory only in a different mode.
