Hi all, I’m wondering if there is a walk through of how to re-establish synching on an Android phone after doing a factory reset or if anyone would care to advise? I did have to do this with my phone a year or so ago but got confused and ended up having to do it all again from scratch and now I have 2 copies of all my photo’s on my backup machine. Had to reset my wife’s phone last week so need to get synching re-installed and recreate the links with the existing backup folders. Thanks in advance. Jon
I assume you don’t have any backup of the old config and keys? In that case, you will have to connect the devices again manually, just like you did the first time. You should receive notifications for any shared folders, so you will just have to pick the right paths for them.
