Quick question about an edge case

If were to use PowerShell to install syncthing (or synctrayzor) on multiple computers, and then create several predefined shares, and then linked the computers, would the shares automatically associate or would syncthing get confused. I mostly see people talk about linking and then creating shares, not the other way.

Also, if I set syncthing to automatically accept shares, what does it do if the folder (not the share) already exists? Create a new folder or just roll with it?

You can add the folders manually everywhere if you like, you just need to make sure the folder ID is the same everywhere - and you can choose the folder ID to what you like.

I think it’ll just use the folder if it exists, but try it.
