ST started to misbehave today, and refusing to boot, consistently throwing fatal error: unexpected signal during runtime execution.
Here are few of the panic logs:

Does anyone have any insights on what went wrong there?

Maybe a corrupt binary. You can try re-downloading the release to check if the problem goes away.
Nice catch, re-installing the ST binary did the trick 
Although “corrupt binary” is rather worrisome signal about the health of my server’s system partition…
