Out of sync folder, but no unsynced items shown

I have an out-of-sync folder as shown here

I can’t see what is unsynced as no items are actually listed, as shown:

What can I do to work around this? Devices are

syncthing v1.19.2-ds1 “Fermium Flea” (go1.19.8 linux-arm64) debian@debian 2023-04-09 10:43:33 UTC

and

syncthing v1.29.6 “Gold Grasshopper” (go1.24.2 linux-arm64) builder@github.syncthing.net 2025-04-30 14:25:01 UTC

This is a known issue that sometimes happens, but we haven’t been able to reliably reproduce it yet. However, I’d strongly advise try upgrading your Syncthing installation Debian first, as no-one here is likely going to be willing to debug the old v1.19.x release…

Maybe all the way to the latest 2.0.0 candidate! I’d be super curious to see if this problem reproduces there.

Thanks for the reply. I did update right after posting, when I did realize how old that was. I’m now on v1.29.6 “Gold Grasshopper” but nothing changed.
