Only one copy thread?

How can i configure ST to have only one copier thread?

I have an old style HDD (not SSD) and it is really slow when multiple threads are doing random access to copy many files around.

Is there any way to speed this up (maybe by reducing copiers to one)?

What is the difference between copier, puller, and hasher

This is a two part question. What are the responsibilities of the copier, puller, and hashers? I can assume the hasher is just busy getting file hashes, and the copier is busy doing io, but what about the puller?
