Well, somehow the problem has fixed itself. I did some changes to the ‘localrepos’ directory (added a file under the local-xenial/ directory, deleted another one) and currently both sides show ‘Up to Date’ under ‘Remote Devices’.
I don’t know if this was because of the files I added/deleted or if it fixed itself before that.
