One File, Multiple Sync Sets, Both inotify-ed?

I’ve got a machine which syncs with multiple other machines. Some files sync to one machine; some files sync to another machine; some files sync to both machines.

When inotify tells Syncthing that a file which is synced with both machines changed, will that one notification result in the file syncing to both targets?
