Nordic specific letters not syncing

First day using Syncthing, and im having issues syncing my complete iTunes library from my MacBook to my Windows PC. Issue may be the wrong the wrong word here as its more of an annoyance really. The thing is the services does its job well, real well. Until it comes across Nordic letters like Æ,Ø and Å. Or even some French named titles with ’ in the title.

Is there any way of going around this? Maybe im just bad at searching the forums for the solution, but i cant seem to find anything my self.

So sorry it this is a non issue.

Thanks for the link, sounds like a hassle. Not sure this solution is worth it then.
