I haven’t looked at the command line in a while, and just noticed the new syntax (syncthing serve [options]). I am curious if there is a timeline for when support will stop for the old command line?

No plans I’m aware of. The serve command is optional right now and the options still accept either one or two dashes, so we’re trying hard to not break compatibility.
