You’re describing a need for local sync? Im not sure thats what you mean.
Synching synchs to other instances / devices.
You can have a folder om Ma that syncs folders with one or many other machines.
If you really want sync on same machine - you could use rsync. I suppose you could also run 2 instances of synching on same Machine but Ive never tried that.

im guessing your referring to folder A?
i know folder a on machine A and B states that it should only receive. My question is will can machine a give machine b the same content in the event that smartphone a isnt available?
so my scenario is
smartphone A sends updates to machine A’ Folder A
smartphone A now is offline
machine B now comes online
can machine A send updates to machine Bs Folder A? is there a way to do this?
