After upgrading on my Synology NAS to v2.0.10, I took the plunge on my Windows file server.
The first few folders went reasonably ok, but the last one looks problematic, the most recent line in the log is
2025-10-08 17:06:27 INF Still migrating folder (folder=TV files=130000 blocks=16035086 duration=32h4m31s blocksrate=138.86592216685506 filesrate=1.1258168419983003 log.pkg=syncthing)
The “problem” is that according to WizTree there are only ~101k files in the directory structure. not the 130k that the log line has now reached.
Any constructive suggestions gratefully received (-:

Historical deleted files also count
thanks, I hadn’t thought of deleted files.
the progress appears to have slowed down a lot (no new log lines for 4 hours, but all previous hours had at least one entry), I guess I’ll take a view of starting from scratch tomorrow.
