I agree. This is just for the block hashes where we could probably mix in the offset. I’ll look into it.

Hey folks. Is the branch for this proposal available on github? I’d like to do some local builds for basic testing, but the PR for this is closed and the branch it links to no longer exists.
It has been merged to master, and was behind a feature flag. I think the feature flag is gone in the 1.16 RC and enabled by default.
