Installing on Win 8.1 fails

I am installing the GTK+ version, and get the following error right after Installation:

Connection to daemon failed. Check your configuration and try again.

Error message: Could not connect to 127.0.0.1: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

What would be the next step to check for issues?

Not sure, if this will help, but try running it as an administrator.

I think you’re running IIS on port 8080. You might want to run Syncthing on a different port, check out the gui address in the config.xml.

I figured it out, Kaspersky Anti-Virus somehow blocks it without notifying me.
