Impossible to create folder

Make sure the user running Syncthing can write to /volume2/Joel/Recottes?

Thanks a lot !! I got trouble to find in the NAS GUI administrator where to do that : in “Shared folders”,“Name of folder”, “Permissions” and "Local Groups" Joël
