I’m OS X 10.13.2. When I first opened sything, it started the service normally. After I changed the IP address and added the user name and password, the GUI was not accessible. When I re-run sything, it shows [进程已完成].And I still can not access the management page.

Look at the log, at startup it tells you at which ip and port it is accessible

I found this in the log, I do not know where is the problem.
You bound to a specific address, which is probably not present on your computer. Bind to 0.0.0.0 instead if you want the interface to be available on all interfaces.
