How to reduce CPU usage? There is a peak every minute: https://imgur.com/4FfghLl .

I change the Rescan Interval into 300, but how to reduce CPU usage in general?

As of 0.14.40 the last part about filesystem notifications is slightly out of date. If you donā€™t use any of the wrappers, try enabling the advanced folder option ā€œfs notificationsā€ to reduce the scheduled scanning.
