how to delete the source files without deleting them in the destination [HELP]

hello friends, I just installed syncthing on my proxmox, and I have been using it with my phones and laptops…

I have it configured so that the origin only sends and the destination only receives, but in being part I have a problem that I hope you can help me, 1st. I want the files from the sources to be able to be deleted without being altered or deleted in the destination.

and 2nd. that when a source file is modified (the size is change or something else keeping the same names and extensions) syncthing makes the change in the destination

Is there a way to do something like that? I am much more interested in the 1st point thanks in advance

You will find a lot of information about this setting if you search the forum. As explained in the Docs, it does work, but there are drawbacks for using it.
