I put a new disk in the system, made it active and granted full access. I can create and delete files there myself. the disk in the system is visible as /mnt/Arhive/ I specify the same address in the settings of the syncing folder syncthing Data is being synchronized from the phone and everything seems to be in order, but there is no data on the new disk at /mnt/Arhive/! And it’s not clear where the files were copied from the phone!
I’m just guessing that the new disk was only temporarily mounted? Did you mount it in /etc/fstab so it would re-mount after a reboot?
There ought to be a warning in Syncthing about a missing folder marker, and the shared folder in the web ui should be showing an issue.
Or it could be that you forgot the leading slash and created the folder in the home directory of whatever user is running syncthing…
Other than those options, I’m not sure what could cause this.
