when i change the folder type to “Receive Encrypted”, it works, but the date is encrypted, i can not view the data, i need unEncryted data .

It is a bit hard to follow exactly what you did. Can you please textually describe step by step what you did, and also include what you did on the Sharing tabs with screenshots?
Have you marked the remote device as “Untrusted” by any chance? If yes, then please disable that, as it appears that you just want to sync files in their plain form between the two devices.
