I UNINSTALL THE APP, AND WHEN I REINSTALL , ITS NOT WORKING.

Which operating system is in use, which APP, which versions. What happened before and which APP was installed before. Nobody can do anything with an apparently frustrated short message. Because before an APP doesn’t work, there are a number of framed conditions possible that can contribute to this.
