I have set up a folder for one-way synchronization which gets synchronized nicely. On the source as well as on the target computer I have set the option that I want no file versioning. However, I still have a .sync folder with older file versions in the synced folder on the target computer.
Why is that so, and how can I disable it?

.sync is not created by syncthing, syncthing creates .stversions
IIRC BTSync creates a .sync folder, which can be used for versioning (at least it was years ago when I was using it).
OK thanks guys. You nailed it – I am using BT Sync as well, and this is where that .sync folder came from.
