I’m currently looking to allow syncthing access from mobile devices, so I’ve opened up a port towards one device with a different sync port than all the others in the house (being 22200).
My remote devices don’t seem to connect without specifying this port (as tcp://hostname:22200) - is this a known limitation?
It’d be nice not having to specify the hostname, as it’s different whether the devices are in the house (wifi) or on the road.
Yes, those match. Externally forwarding 22200 towards internal host (on the same port)
EDIT: nevermind, seems that I’m just an impatient person - it works fine, just need to wait long enough for the timeout to happen when switching to mobile internet vs wifi.
