Device behind NAT is sometimes connected without relays!

what is my ip says (from my laptop, not wan): IPv6: 2405:201:a412:9052:a094:56c8:3c2d:XXXX
IPv4: Not detected

under such condition am I able to use scything, since I have no ipv4 assigned?
