Connecting send-only and receive-only folders

I’m syncing files from my A (send-only) to B (receive-only) and C (receive-only).
Because A is slow, I have connected B and C (fast LAN connection) to make sync faster.

In theory this should work, but it does not seem to be the case:
A is sending data to B and C. When one of them (e.g. B) has all files, also C should be finished - which it is not.

I tried to disconnect device A, but then C also does not download from device B.

I can’t reproduce this here. Even though A was shut down, the files were still synced from B to C. Can you reproduce this when setting up the folders from scratch? If yes, can you provide more detailed steps to follow in testing?
