Hello, i activated the HTTPS Option for the GUI and now i am not able to access it anymore.
Brave Browser says: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR Firefox says: Fehlercode: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG
Is there a way to revert the setting? I am using Truenas Core with Syncthing in a jail.

That error often means that the browser received plain HTTP when SSL/TLS was expected. Changing your browsers URL from https:// to http:// should fix that.
If i change the adress to http instead of https i get send to the truenas core GUI.
I fixed it 
I had to change the jail port from 80 to 8384 and it works with https and my reverse proxy.
