Can Syncthing log 'Recent Changes' in a log file?

Hi, Is it possible to log ‘Recent Changes’ on web GUI in a file? I’m using centos 7.

There is a -audit flag, but it logs a lot more.

I’ve tried but it didn’t show anything about file transferring log

The “recent changes” thing is based on the LocalChangeDetected and RemoteChangeDetected events which are indeed part of the audit log.
