Can Syncthing handle a 20GB file?

I have a single 20Gb file, can syncthing handle this? If so, does syncthing have the ability to sync only the changed bits of this file?

Also, does syncthing resolve symlinks?

Answer to all questions is most likely yes, but depends on the circumstances, symlinks are preserved or ignored.
