Auto-upgrade to 13.02 err . . Win7 PC is now "unknown device"

Works fine when I run syncthing.exe v0.13.1, but the auto-update replaces v0.13.1 with syncthing.exe v0.13.2. Once 0.13.2 is running my Win7 PC has no device number in the GUI Actions. It is now an “unknown device”. Help.

please try reload of Syncthing / clear browser cache
