# Android-Win Stuck at 0% sync

v1.10.0 SyncThing Fork on Android and v1.10.0 on Windows 10
Devices see each other but do not start syncronization.

Does the scanning ever complete? If so, are there any failed items then?

Now scanning is always 0% I do now how to check failed items. In log it just a “2020-10-20 12:31:04 Failed initial scan of sendreceive folder “Павел. Мобильный” (redmi\_6\_pro\_fwrc фото)”

If it logs “Failed initial scan” it shouldn’t show as “Scanning” in the GUI anymore. Plus there should be other errors logged before that line. Please post the full log from the PC.

Why do you think it’s completed? Those logs show that it started scanning and has not yet made any visible progress. You can enable `scanner` debug logging to see what exactly it is doing.

Somehow it starts working after I’ve added “.thumbnails” folder (app 4500 files) into ignore patterns.
