  1. Can I synchronize from PC to Android using this same Android as a hotspot?

  2. How do I synchronize from one folder to another on the same PC?

  1. Yes. I sometimes have trouble with local discovery though (might just be tethering), so you might have to configure something to get that to work or determine and set IPs on remote devices.

  2. Ideally: Map out your requirements and choose the right tool, which will likely not be Syncthing. If you’re set on using Syncthing run two instances.
