all filenames have a .syncthing. in front of them

After syncing a new directory to a Raspberry Pi all single files have all filenames have a “.syncthing.” in front of the original filename. Folder names are synced w/o any changes in the folder name.

How come? What can I do to disable this “feature” and sync the files w/o changing the file names?

They are not finished downloading as far as syncthing is concerned if they have that in the name. I suggest you check the logs for errors.
