What is this, and what is this good for?
It is a micro donation system, somehow popular with podcasts, blogs and open source projects: https://flattr.com/ Easy to set up, but I am not sure how successful it could be for syncthing. I have donated about 300 Euro to 36 creators in the last years through flattr.
There is already buttcoin, stripe, bountysource. Does adding another option really change anything?
